ORDERS & RETURNS
Welcome to the Octavia Hix LTD website. By using this site, either as a registered user or a guest, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you read them carefully before you purchase anything from this site.
We reserve the right to edit these at any time and will publish those changes immediately on this site. It is your responsibility however to check them each time you use the Octavia Hix website. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions then please do not use our website.
When placing an order you must take full responsibility that any and all of the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. Please contact us straight away if you need to amend anything on your order confirmation.
If you place an order for an item that is on a waitlist or pre-order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed.
If for any reason, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfill any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to refund your card within 7 days of doing so.
DELIVERY + SHIPPING COSTS :
All deliveries are subject to the delivery cost which will be quoted at checkout. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Please allow 1-2 business days for Octavia Hix to ship your items. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Octavia Hix ships orders worldwide from our office in London. For our internationals orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country.
UK Delivery - £5.95
International (Within EU) - £9.95
International (Rest of World) - £12.95
All your orders will be tracked and therefore please make sure your delivery address has someone there to sign for your package.
Please note if your place an order over the Christmas period between 24th - 1st of January, your goods will not be dispatched until 3rd Janurary.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return any items to Octavia Hix within 14 days from being dispatched.
Please download our returns form HERE, fill it in and return with your products.
Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached. We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days.
All customers are responsible for their postage fees when returning items. Delivery costs of the initial order will not be refunded. We highly recommend you get proof of postage in the form of a tracking number, as Octavia Hix is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
In the instance of Faulty items, please notify us immediately. We will make sure we arrange collection or postage of the item as soon as possible and offer a replacement. Octavia Hix will not take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.
SALE ITEMS :
Only full priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items are exempt from our returns policy.
PRICE AND PAYMENTS :
Every product is shown including VAT. You are able to see your total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment in your shopping basket. Our payments are securely processed and managed though PAYPAL and STRIPE, they guarantee that every purchase will be safe and that your card information and data is protected.
